Privacy-first free access
Free tools use a random server-side workspace identifier stored in secure cookies. We do not ask anonymous users for a name, email address, Google profile, or social account.
Files and generated content
Uploaded labels, PDFs, previews, ZIP archives, merged files, and generated images are private to the workspace that created them. Files are stored temporarily, protected by server-side ownership checks, and removed after the configured retention period.
Accounts and billing
Paid account creation is currently disabled. When enabled, Ecroply will collect only the email, billing name, and phone required to operate the account and create a Cashfree subscription. Ecroply never stores card, UPI, or banking credentials.
Usage and security records
We keep limited operational records such as job status, credits, security events, rate-limit keys, and audit logs to protect the service, investigate failures, and prevent abuse. Security identifiers are hashed where appropriate.
Service providers
Image generation requests are sent to the configured production AI provider. Payment data will be handled by Cashfree only after checkout is activated. Transactional email will be handled by Resend only after the sending domain is verified.
Your choices
Anonymous users can clear their workspace cookie to end local access. Temporary files expire automatically. Account holders may contact support@ecroplyai.in for access or deletion requests.
